SYNC is a five-part social impact series that is supported by the SG Eco Fund, designed to engage all of Singapore public on different sustainability topics from a social impact perspective, in support of the Singapore Green Plan pillars.

The Climate Fresk is a science-based workshop that aims to educate and raise awareness about climate change worldwide. Based on the IPCC report, it explains how and why the climate changes at the current pace and the consequences of its disruption. It gives participants the opportunity to learn a lot in a very short period of time for both novices and experts.

In this workshop you'll be introduced to the concept of circular economy and how Singapore is integrating a circular economy into our societies.

This workshop is also in alignment with Ministry of Sustainability & Environment's Go Green Singapore movement - a national movement to rally for a collective effort towards a sustainable future for Singapore.

We'll break down the issues concerning our use of natural resources and the impact of waste on the environment.

In this workshop, you'll learn why biodiversity is vital for the wellbeing & preservation of our societal ecosystems. The challenge lies in balancing urban demand for natural resources/services with a need to protect nature.

Through this hands-on interactive workshop, we'll unpack our interdependence with nature & how human activities are contributing to biodiversity loss.

Gain insights into what Singapore as an urban city is doing to conserve and preserve nature.

A workshop dedicated to digital sustainability & GreenIT.

Contents are curated to educate the public on the environmental impact of consumer and business tech, from manufacturing to disposal. Participants connect cards representing different aspects of the digital world, sparking discussions about responsible consumption and sustainable solutions.

Climate Change often affects people unequally and often highlights many social inequalities. To conclude the final few workshops, we end off with another Climate Series focusing on social inclusivity.

By learning about climate change together with migrant workers, we also hope to create an inclusive society that strives towards a more sustainable Singapore while holding onto to importance of harmony and collective efforts in our diverse society.

Our ultimate goal for creating this series of free community sustainability workshops is to raise more sustainability champions to bring the same workshops to your workplace, schools and peer groups.
