Re-introducing ourselves
about us | disrupting the status quo of sustainability ✊
We’ve just made our first orbit around the sun as climate educators & sustainability consultancy!
Our team & client base has grown in the last one year. With more exciting developments underway, thought we’d re-introduce ourselves to share more about what we do & our upcoming workshops & flagship events of 2025!
🎁P.S. Read till the end for a surprise gift! ;)
🍃 Our backstory:
In 2019, I was met with a profound existential crisis.
I started to question my life purpose & choices. Years of burnout had left a deep sense of void in me as I no longer find fulfilment in my tech career.
I decided to quit my job in Hong Kong & flew back to France before the borders closure at the height of the pandemic.
Back in France, I started to plot my transition into sustainability which led me to Climate Fresk, a climate education organisation founded in France. I attended my first workshop with them online in June 2020.
The workshop painted a sobering picture of my lifestyle’s detrimental impact on the environment. That was my epiphany with sustainability.
Since then, I made a personal pact to live more consciously, started hosting workshops & eventually stepped up as the country lead for Climate Fresk in Singapore.
2 years later, The Transmutation Principle was born as the official business outfit to spearhead Singapore’s sustainability literacy & climate education!

👜 What we do in a nutshell:

For today’s sharing, we’ll give a bird’s eye view of our sustainability workshops that we host. They are immersive & hands-on card-based learning, suitable for community engagements & workshopping of sustainability solutions:
Our hands-on puzzle-solving workshops are suitable for organizations & grassroot communities of every size & business maturity.
Workshop flow & content can be tailored to your business & organisations’ needs, while remaining in alignment with international ESG frameworks.
CLIMATE FRESK
This is our signature card-based learning workshop to deepen one’s understanding on climate change.
Contents of the workshop are extrapolated from the UN IPCC reports, which maps out the cause-and-effect of our actions on the environment, empowering one to make more informed decisions.
BIODIVERSITY COLLAGE
A dedicated workshop to Biodiversity & raising awareness on the impact of biodiversity loss.
Participants learn about the interconnectedness of life on Earth, its importance, the imminent threats it faces and immediate actions we can take to protect it.
DIGITAL COLLAGE
A workshop dedicated to digital sustainability & GreenIT.
Contents are curated to educate the public on the environmental impact of consumer and business tech, from manufacturing to disposal. Participants connect cards representing different aspects of the digital world, sparking discussions about responsible consumption and sustainable solutions.
CIRCULAR ECONOMY
Inspired by the Climate Fresk, the Circular Economy workshops explore how organisations can redesign our systems to minimise waste and maximise resource use.
Through interactive activities and discussions, participants learn about concepts like reuse, repair, and recycling to create a more sustainable and regenerative economy.
ADAPTATION TO CLIMATE CHANGE COLLAGE
Adaptation to Climate Change workshops focus on equipping individuals, communities, and organizations with the knowledge and tools to respond effectively to the impacts of climate change.
We explore strategies like infrastructure upgrades, water management, and community resilience building to address current and future climate risks.
MOBILITY COLLAGE
Contextualised to the mobility sector in Singapore, participants visualize and discuss the impacts of different modes of transport, fostering awareness and inspiring innovative ideas for sustainable and cleaner urban mobility.
The average duration for each workshop is 3 hours from start-to-finish which can be tailored to your organisation & community.
